  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without tracking information.
